March has seen
the works at The Wave Project begin, alongside major
contractors such as Carrileon and Shanfari. This project
is a landmark project for Muscat, and the first where
foreign nationals can own land in Oman. Our scope of
work includes the construction of a wave breaker to
protect the shores of the project.
SAM Trading has signed
a contract with Muscat
Municipality for civil works at Sahwa Garden and has, as
of March, reached 80% completion . Estimate
project cost is 3 Million USD.
SAM Trading signs contract with Sohar
Municipality for the construction of Social Housing at
Liwa.
SAM Trading has officially handed over LuLu Phase 2 to EMKE Group, who
has opened the center to the public.
